Bradner Leaves Forrester for Geomentum
Geomentum, Interpublic's hyper-local media and marketing unit, has named as its new President Lisa Bradner, most recently VP and Principal Analyst at Forrester Research.
Bradner brings more than 20 years of consumer marketing, new product, and business development experience. At Forrester she specialised in digital integration, media mix and brand metric strategies for major clients including Procter & Gamble, on whose Digital Advisory Board she continues to sit. Before Forrester she worked in consumer marketing at firms including American Express, Fortune Brands, Sears and Time Inc.
In her new role, reporting to Geomentum CEO Dave Walker, her remit is to build the agency's account management and consulting teams to service clients in categories ranging from CPG to retail and banking.
Geomentum was formed in 2009 to consolidate Interpublic's extensive local media-buying and marketing services units, including NSA Media, Yellow Pages and OOH unit Outdoor Services. Ambitious and with control of more than $2 billion in traditional local media, the agency promotes the idea that clients should 'own the neighborhood' by harnessing the power of location-based marketing.
Geomentum is part of the Mediabrands division and is online at www.geomentum.com .
