Detroit Call Center Expands
Marketing services provider Archway has hired 50 full-time employees for a call center in Detroit, MI, USA, citing recent growth among its blue chip clients in call center services.
With a presence in Michigan since 1958, the firm now has three facilities and nearly 300 employees in the city, and expects more growth in the next two years. Archway says the city's 'impressive talent pool' was a key factor in the decision to expand there.
Describing the move as 'a win-win opportunity for both the people and companies hiring here', VP General Manager Hugh McBride comments: 'We are excited to add to our already outstanding call center team, and we remain focused on being a growing part of the Michigan economy and adding even more jobs in the future.'
Archway has 1,500 employees and 3.5 million sq. ft. of distribution space in 12 major metropolitan areas in North America. Its services in marketing operations management include BPO, fulfillment services, consumer promotions, rebates, print management, facility management, business intelligence and decision support tools.
