Aegis Appoints Head of European Development
Aegis Research, part of Aegis Group plc, has recently announced the appointment of Bob Qureshi as European Development Director. His new role will incorporate the company's strategic development within its European, Middle East and African research network.
Commenting on this appointment, CEO of Aegis Research Adrian Chedore, said that "Bob joins us in a period where the network is expanding rapidly and I am sure that his first class track record of developing international business will help Aegis Research to grow further. I have every confidence in his ability to help us achieve our strategic goals."
Quershi joins the operations with much useful experience, having previously worked as head of global accounts for Taylor Nelson Sofres plc. Qureshi noted that "I am delighted to be given the opportunity to develop Aegis Research in Europe and, along with my colleagues at Aegis Research, we are determined to build into a premier research brand. We are already working very closely with our established local clients to offer them truly international research and business solutions."
Aegis' current intentions to expand are based on its networks of Asia Market Intelligence (AMI) in Asia, Demoscopie in France, Market Facts in the US; MEMRB in the Middle East, Africa and Central/Eastern Europe and Pegram Walters in the UK.
