Toluna Rolls Out Panelist Platform Globally
Online panel and survey technology firm Toluna has rolled out its UPS (Unified Panelist System) globally. Separately, in the US, the firm has hired Jeff Scott as President and promoted Ron Franscella to the post of Chief Revenue Officer.
UPS was brought on board last year when Toluna acquired Greenfield Online's Internet Survey Solutions (ISS) business from Microsoft. The platform promises consistency of delivery, as well as a better user experience for respondents.
It also provides the company's sales, operations, respondent services and support departments with access to a single unified system.
'One of the key drivers in our decision to purchase Greenfield Online last year was the UPS system,' explains founder and CEO Frédéric-Charles Petit. 'This technology is unrivalled in our industry, and provides us with the enterprise management system essential for the continued growth of the company.'
Through the UPS platform, Toluna has launched its Real-Time Sampling methodology in a number of new markets including Austria, Belgium, Germany, Spain, France, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands and India.
Former Lexis Nexis executive Scott joins as President of Toluna North America, and former Greenfield Online and GMI VP Franscella becomes Chief Revenue Officer.
