Echo Stats Opens Multicultural Wing in Miami
In the US, market research agency Echo Stats has opened a new office in Miami where it plans to establish a division specializing in multicultural marketing research.
The firm says the decision was made to reflect Miami's diverse range of citizens, including senior citizens and people of all races, cultures, lifestyles and economic levels.
Launched in 2005, Echo Stats offers focus groups, surveys and other data collection techniques from its existing network of offices in New York, New Jersey, Washington DC and international operations in Central America and Southeast Asia.
CEO Travis J Harvey says that the firm is also planning to open additional offices in Chicago, Atlanta and Los Angeles in the near future.
Earlier in the year, Echo Stats created a new product development division, led by Director of New Product Development, Elizabeth Wallings.
