Invoke Closes $1.75m Investment Round

US-based online qual specialist Invoke Solutions Inc. has closed a $1.75m mixed-securities offering, with six investors subscribing, according to an SEC filing.

The company already numbers Bain Capital, BEV Capital, BRM Group and North Atlantic Capital among its institutional investors: it raised $7m from these in March 2008.

Invoke has had a busy summer, appointing Basil Bennett as CEO replacing Ben Cesare in May, dividing its business in June into two units focused on concept analysis and analytics capabilities, and launching DIY survey and analysis tool 'groketeer' last month.
