Former Synovate CEO Chedore Joins Vision Critical Board
Interactive research and technology firm Vision Critical has appointed former Synovate CEO Adrian Chedore to its Board of Directors.
Vision Critical has around 450 employees, based in offices in Toronto, New York, London, Paris and Sydney, and plans to set up operations in Asia and Latin America in the near future. The firm recently announced a 43% rise in half-year revenues.
Chedore joins the Board with more than 30 years' market research industry experience. He retired from Synovate last September after 8 years with the firm, but stayed on as a consultant until the end of the year.
In 1991 Chedore co-founded Asia Market Intelligence, which was acquired by Synovate parent Aegis in 2000. Before this, he was regional MD of Frank Small & Associates in Asia Pacific, and MD - Hong Kong of research agency AGB McNair. He began his career as a planner at ad agency Allen Brady & Marsh in the UK.
'I am delighted to have a board colleague of Adrian's stature and reputation,' states Vision Critical CEO Angus Reid. 'Adrian is truly one of the giants in our industry and brings a wealth of understanding of the Asia Pacific region that will be crucial for the continuing expansion of our company.'
