GfK Adds Consumer Images to Roper Reports
New York-headquartered GfK Roper Consulting has added a visual component to its US consumer trends service GfK Roper Reports, promising an enhanced understanding of consumers' motivations and behaviors.
Launched more than 30 years ago, GfK Roper Reports track the US consumer landscape and looks at themes and trends for the future, aiming to uncover key values and life stage motivations that drive behavior.
To gather the new visuals, GfK Roper Consulting is asking respondents to send answers to specific questions in the form of digital images. Group MD Holly Heline Jarrell says these 'visual learnings' add a rich source of information about the American consumer.
'We are now really able to see the world through the lens of the consumer's eyes and augment that with existing insight through our 35 plus years of studying consumer trends,' states Jarrell. 'This allows our clients to understand what makes consumers tick like never before.'
