Decipher Expands with New Offices in US and UK
US-based research technology specialist Decipher has reported 55% year-over-year revenue growth for the first six months of 2010. The firm is about to move to a new office in Los Angeles, and is planning to open facilities in Manhattan and London in the coming months.
Founded in 2000, Decipher is an MR services provider specializing in online survey programming, data collection, data processing/reporting, and custom technology development.
President Kristin Luck attributes the 2010 growth to industry interest in onshore research solutions, as well as the firm's increased focus on interactive survey techniques and new business verticals such as custom community development.
This growth has led to increased headcount, which has resulted in the firm moving its Portland, Oregon facility to an expanded space in the city's downtown district, along with the planned opening of new offices in Los Angeles, Manhattan and London.
'We're thrilled with our successful year to date and are focused on sustaining our growth as we move into Q4,' states Luck. 'We thank our talented employees for their expertise in creating best in-class services and tools.'
Separately, Luck recently made a legal claim against OTX, the firm she co-founded, for money she claims she was owed relating to its $71m sale to Ipsos earlier this year. A 'notice of settlement' has now been filed with the court, with terms of the settlement undisclosed.
