Ipsos Names Mann for Loyalty Bus Dev Role
Ipsos Loyalty - which focuses on helping companies improve business performance through customer satisfaction and relationship management - has appointed MR client services specialist Joe Mann as Vice President, Business Development.
Mann joins with more than 17 years' market research experience. Prior to a brief stint as EVP, Client Services at data collection agency MRops, he spent nearly seven years at TNS as SVP and Segment Leader for the Partner Solutions group, which provides support to other research agencies.
Prior to this, he was a Director at Greenfield Online, and spent nearly five years as an Account Manager at GfK Custom Research - initially managing the telephone center, and then moving to the project implementation side of the business.
'Joe Mann has a deep understanding of client service and knows the market research industry inside and out,' states Matt McNerney, President of Ipsos Loyalty in the US. 'I've worked with him in the past and know him to be a smart, dedicated, and highly trusted client service professional.'
In his new role, Mann will be based in Ipsos' Minneapolis office with responsibilities for business development across the United States.
