Qualvu Expands to Europe with Dublin Launch
US-based online video research solutions provider Qualvu has opened an office in Dublin, from which to serve its European clients. The new operation is led by former ad agency account planner and research consultant Anne-Marie O'Sullivan.
Members of Qualvu's worldwide consumer panels are equipped with webcams, in order to provide clients with direct feedback about their products.
The firm offers clients research capabilities in 12 languages: French, English, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Greek, Polish, Korean, German, Japanese, Russian and Mandarin.
Last year, Qualvu teamed up with Knowledge Networks (KN) to deliver its qual research technology VideoSurvey as part of KN's KnowledgePanel quant surveys and enable researchers to supplement quant survey data with data collection options beyond standard text and chat sessions.
O'Sullivan joins as Director, EMEA from her own agency Brandworks, where she worked as a Qualitative Researcher and Brand Planner. Prior to this, she held planning roles at ad agencies McCann-Erickson and Bartle Bogle Hegarty, and client-side positions at Diageo and Masterfoods Ireland.
Commenting on the new operation, Qualvu CEO John Williamson (pictured) said: 'We're delighted to have a physical presence on the Continent, and fortunate to have it under the direction of someone as capable as Anne-Marie O'Sullivan.'
