RONIN Extends Medical Panel to LatAm

Insight firm RONIN has expanded its medical panel offering to Latin America, through the recruitment of medical professionals in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Columbia, Mexico and Venezuela.

RONIN was established in 1986 in Princeton, New Jersey to offer consulting, research, data collection and marketing programme implementation. The company's panel recruitment and development is managed from its London, UK-based call centre. Using native speakers, the firm contacts hospital switchboards and physician offices to invite specialists to join the panel.

'No one else in the industry has devoted this much attention to tracking down medical professionals and speaking to them as part of the panel recruitment process,' says Volker Balk (pictured), General Manager of RONIN's London operation.

The new panel was recently used by RONIN as part of its quarterly tracking study, the Medical Pulse Program.

Director of Business Development, Anton Richter, said that the panel had been built following requests from the firm's market research partners and pharmaceutical companies which are conducting research across the major Latin American countries.
