Itracks Introduces DIY 'Talk Now Surveys'
Online data collection specialist Itracks has launched 'Talk Now Surveys'; a do-it-yourself survey tool designed to help qualitative researchers reduce their recruiting and survey costs.
In addition to online focus group software, Saskatoon, Canada-based Itracks develops online community, social media monitoring and panel services.
Earlier this month, the company released its Video Focus Group application, which simulates in-person focus groups, using streaming video technology.
Its newly released DIY tool can be used for adding quant exercises to qual research projects such as polling and screener questions. In addition, it can be used to source sample, and to upload data directly into a project.
Separately, Itracks has released the latest edition of its bulletin board software, which has been revamped with input from members of industry network the Global Online Moderator Community (GOMC).
Itracks President Dan Weber states, 'We couldn't have done it without the assistance and feedback of our clients and community members. This software truly was built by researchers.'
