New Event Research Firm Keeps it Short and Sweet
In California, events company Patrician has branched out with a real time data capture product called iHAVE5Qs.
The data collection is carried out by Capture Agents who pose five 'burning' questions in 55 seconds to respondents during business and special events. The data is entered on iPads and is available in raw form during the event or analysed and commented afterwards. A combination of speed and novelty ensures a higher than average response rate to the questions which are customized to meet client-specific objectives.
Similarly, the firm says Capture Agents are individually selected to be demographically and psychographically compatible with a client's market profile.
Patrician's Principal Patty Harding says: 'After more than a decade in the event planning business, we saw an untapped opportunity to help our clients capitalize on the attendance at their promotional events and leverage their existing marketing investments.'
In addition to running Patrician and now iHAVE5Qs, Harding also runs mobile street food convoy Cluster Truck Events. She previously created and ran Chinadoll Gourmet Foods Boutique.
The new company is online at www.ihave5qs.com .
