Growth for Youth Researcher

Leeds, UK-based youth research and marketing strategist Dubit has added Claire Jolley, Jen Holmes and John Crichton to its research team; and has promoted Jonathan Clough to the role of Head of Online Research Services.

Dubit Ltd was set up in 1999 by teenagers wanting to improve youth communications including research among and marketing to young people. Its research division runs a range of UK youth and family panels and networks and offers global brands help with developing an integrated youth comms strategy.

Jolley joins as Research Manager, running qual and quant projects but with an emphasis on using her qual expertise to continue the development of Dubit's youth focused research techniques, including its Click Room virtual focus group software.

Holmes becomes Online Content Manager, and will develop the firm's online community and provide engaging content for panellists. She was previously a copy writer at digital agency Dig for Fire.

Crichton worked for Dubit as a temp, including time on the company's EdComs project, and is now appointed full-time as a Research Assistant, focusing on the recruitment of youth panels and management of panel projects.

Clough's promotion sees him focusing on the development of engaging online research services, including growing panels and enhancing Click Room technology. He joined the company in 2008.

Head of Research Peter Robinson says the appointments reflect the company's commitment to 'recruiting staff that are proactive and enthusiastic about engaging and understanding young people.'
