PAC Hires Software Industry Analysis Expert

In London, software and IT services analyst Pierre Audoin Consultants (PAC) has hired Philip Carnelley as Research Director, to lead its research and consulting services in software and app service markets.

PAC undertakes thousands of annual face-to-face interviews on both the buy and sell side of the software and IT services market, to deliver analysis and advice to address a range of growth, technology, financial and operational issues.

Carnelley joins from TechMarketView, where as Software Research Director he provided subscribers with access to a range of analysis, market sizing and forecasts with particular emphasis on the UK software and IT services sector.

Prior to this, he was an industry analyst at Gartner and Ovum; earlier in his career he worked in systems development and project management for Oracle and ICL/Fujitsu.
