Foresee Results Opens London Office
US customer satisfaction measurement firm ForeSee Results has opened a London office, appointed Mansoor Malik as UK Managing Director, and hired a number of sales, customer service and analysis personnel.
The US-based firm uses a patented scientific method to capture and analyse voice-of-customer (VoC) data, to help organisations increase loyalty, recommendations and marketing value. Earlier this year, it introduced the Social Media Value Calculation tool, to enable clients to understand the impact of their social media marketing on revenue; and last year, it rolled out CS SessionReplay, which records what web site visitors are seeing and doing online in a real-time movie format.
The company has had a presence in the UK for the past three years, and Vice President Don Morrison explained that the demand for its services and expertise had reached a point where the expansion was necessary.
The new office will be led by Malik, who previously held senior sales and marketing management positions including Head of Software Sales and Alliances at marketing technology specialist LBi, Head of Strategic Development EMEA at business intelligence firm Endeca Technologies, and Business Development Manager at VistaPrint.com.
'UK companies are quite savvy and understand the value that a satisfied customer can bring,' said Malik. 'ForeSee Results enables companies to measure customer satisfaction with great precision, and I'm proud to be joining a team that can translate that research into helping companies gain tangible return on investment.'
The company plans to recruit more local customer support and delivery personnel in the next six months, as it continues to invest and grow.
