Media Veteran Cesaria Joins Ipsos OTX
In New York, Joseph Cesaria has rejoined Ipsos as Senior VP of Business Development at Ipsos OTX. He joins from InsightExpress where he served as Group Director Media Research.
He will lead business development and build client relations for the company's media, content, and technology practice with special reference to its Live|Stream technology, a new system for collecting behavioural and attitudinal data in the digital space.
Cesaria brings to the role nearly two decades of primary research experience in areas such as media/entertainment, financial services, and consumer packaged goods.

This is Cesaria's second stint at Ipsos: previously, he served as Director, Client Development with Ipsos Insight, where he was responsible for identifying and developing new business for specific industry sectors including financial services, media/entertainment, consumer packaged goods and telecoms.
