[x+1] Raises $10m for Expansion
US-based behavioral targeting firm [x+1] has closed a $10m Series B funding round, which will be used to support the growth of its digital marketing strategy.
Founded in 1999, [x+1] has developed statistical modeling technology to control traditional direct marketing techniques online.
Its online targeting platform was developed to maximise the return on marketing investment of web sites and digital media, and its predictive marketing solutions enable the most appropriate ad and content to be delivered 'to the right person at the right time'.
This latest round of funding was led by global investment organization Intel Capital, with participation from existing investors Advanced Technology Ventures, Blue Chip Venture Company and Hudson Venture Partners.
'Intel Capital's investment reflects our ability to continually expand our client base among marketers and agencies and to develop new breakthrough solutions that deliver measurable results,' states John Nardone, [x+1]'s Chairman and CEO.
