In the US, customer satisfaction specialist The Center For Client Retention (TCFCR) is to open a Small Business Division, to provide research for small and medium-sized companies.
Berkeley Heights, NJ-based TCFCR, which was launched in 1988, designs and conducts customized customer satisfaction and loyalty measurement studies. Its services include competitive benchmarking, executive customer interviews, customer retention consulting, social media behavior consulting, and Hispanic marketing research.
Founder Richard Shapiro says that the new division will enable small businesses to benefit from his firm's existing expertise, which in the past has been targeted at large corporations with revenues exceeding $4bn.
The division will offer targeted research to monitor and assess customer feedback, and a step-by-step approach to reviewing the findings.
'It is critical for a small business to collect meaningful customer feedback to better understand how successful their business is at providing products and/or services to the marketplace,' states Shapiro. 'Now with the services offered by the Small Business Division, clients can garner this valuable research and intelligence.'
