M&S Insight Boss Joins Shoppercentric
Retail behaviour research specialist Shoppercentric has appointed former Marks & Spencer Head of Customer Insight Susie Spencer as a Director.
The independent UK-based agency was established in 2004 and helps brand owners and retailers plan their shopper marketing and retail strategies. Spencer previously headed up the customer insights team at M&S where she spent ten years in research roles; before this she worked at Millward Brown, on a wide variety of qual and quant studies for UK and international clients.
Her new role includes developing and enhancing relationships with new and existing customers, driving market awareness and the development of new, customer-centric business strategies.
