NSI Buys Analytics Specialist RAZOR
In the US, NSI Marketing Services has acquired RAZOR - a strategic marketing and customer engagement agency which focuses on using customer analytics and other data to drive consumer transactions. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
NSI says the combined company will have an integrated service offering that blends a knowledge of strategic customer intelligence and end-to-end execution capabilities.
In addition to its St Louis headquarters, NSI has offices in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, and Detroit, while RAZOR's office is in Dallas. The combined company will have more than 475 employees and annual revenues in excess of $70m.
Tom Cole, RAZOR's co-founder and former president, will remain with the company as an Executive Vice President.
