Added Value Names MD for France
In France, WPP's brand development and marketing insight consultancy Added Value has appointed Thomas Fratacci Managing Director, as CEO Jonathan Hall leaves to become Executive Vice President, Managing Director of Cheskin Added Value (USA).
The firm announced in December that Hall would be moving stateside, following the decision by Cheskin Added Value co-founder Darrel Rhea to leave to 'pursue his passion for organizational consulting'.
Fratacci, who was previously Finance Director of the Paris office, joined Added Value in 2008. Since then he has set up the development and commercial strategy for the French office, and worked on several innovation and brand positioning projects for some of its key international FMCG clients.
He began his career as a financial consultant with Arthur Andersen and then KPMG. After this, he worked for international consulting firm SPRIM in France, and later moved first to Singapore and then to New York to run the respective regional offices. During his career, Fratacci has also been involved in several start-up projects in Paris, Corsica and Thailand.
