Senior Hires for Ipsos in UK and India

UK-based Ipsos MORI has appointed Dr. Denise Fairhurst as Head of Employee Relationship Management, while parent company Ipsos has appointed Sonia Pall as its new Country Manager and CEO in India.

The author of a number of papers and a frequent speaker at conferences, Fairhurst joins from Towers Watson where she spent three years, most recently as a Senior Consultant. She brings more than ten years' professional experience of applied employee research and consulting in a range of sectors, including spells at Research International and ISR, and work in Singapore and the US.


Pall joins with in-depth customer research and management experience from a variety of sectors in the Indian market, from companies including IMRB, NFO and Nielsen. Most recently she headed up research for Nielsen in South Asia.

Ipsos opened in India in 2007 with the acquisition of the Indica Research Company, and now has more than 140 full time professional staff located in Mumbai and Delhi.

The global group recently announced a new Asia Pacific management team, led by Lifeng Liu and David Richardson, who say their focus for 2011 is to establish Ipsos' quality of delivery to clients and develop high performing teams.
