Ipsos Opens New Office in Malaysia

Ipsos has opened an office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, which will be led by Country Manager Steve Murphy.

Murphy previously spent nine years as MD of Synovate Malaysia, and before that was a Director of Synovate Hong Kong for two years.

Since joining the firm last September, Murphy has recruited a number of senior people for the new team, including MC Lai, Katharine Davis, Suzanne Huang and Stepfanie Woon.

The new Ipsos leadership team for AsiaPac, led by Lifeng Liu and David Richardson, say they are confident the new Malaysian management team will establish itself very quickly as a key player in the marketplace.
