CMI Hires Ops Head for ISO Push
US-based full service market research agency CMI has appointed Cary Matthews as Vice President Ops, responsible for day-to-day operations and ensuring the firm has the most appropriate quality standards in place to achieve ISO accreditation.
 Founded in 1989, CMI offers a full range of qual and quant research plus analytical services and technologies.
Matthews joins from technology firm Richardson Technology Systems, where he served as VP of Operations. Prior to this, he founded Coldstream Solutions, which provided consulting and staff for telecoms companies, small businesses and non-profits. Earlier in his career, he held operations, consulting and management roles with Intelitix, The North Highland Company, and Bellsouth Business Systems.
