Cvent Adds Increased Functionality to Web Survey Solution

In the US, web-based software developer Cvent has updated its online survey solution with the addition of new question and answer formats, enhanced control over presentation and report design, and an 'easier-to-use' interface and functionality.

As well as web survey technology, Cvent offers web-based software for meeting site selection, online event registration, event management, and email marketing.

In addition to customizable survey templates, the firm's online survey tool offers question and response libraries, 21 unique question types, advanced survey logic and reporting. The solution also provides email marketing capabilities for sending survey invitations, reminders and confirmations.

Separately, Cvent's Professional Services Group can analyze responses, to help clients generate reports from their survey data and translate results into business decisions.
