Former Ugam MD Joins RSM to Push CATI Expansion

Simon Glanville, former MD for Europe of Ugam, has joined London-based full service agency RSM as Director of Business Development, to support expansion of the firm's existing UK and international online and CATI data collection services.

Most recently, Glanville worked for Indian outsourcing company Ugam, where he set up and led the multilingual data collection centre in London. Prior to this, he was General Manager of data collection specialist RONIN, in charge of expanding the firm's London-based CATI centre. He previously held roles at Harris Research, TNS and GfK.

RSM has a twenty-five year track record of researching hard-to-reach B2B and consumer audiences, and in recent years has also grown healthcare project support. Its in-house data collection services are also supplemented by local sample supplier relationships.
