Research Now Names MDs in UK and AsiaPac

Global online sampling and data collection firm Research Now has moved Martin Filz from Sydney, Australia to the position of Managing Director in the UK. He is replaced in his previous role as Managing Director for Asia Pacific by James Burge.

Filz - who also takes on the title of Vice President of New Proposition Development - is now responsible for client development activities in the UK as well as for leading Research Now's new propositions globally.

In his previous role based in Australia, he was responsible for the overall business across Asia Pacific including client development, operations, finance and marketing. He earlier worked as Northern Europe Director at Nielsen Online.

Burge joins the firm with more than 12 years' research experience, specifically in Asia Pacific. Most recently, he founded market research business Roadmap Europa, before which, he served as VP of Market Research, Asia Pacific and Latin America at Nielsen//NetRatings.

Filz is based in Research Now's London office, while Burge has relocated from Spain to work from the company's Sydney office.
