Poole Becomes Fourth MB Global Brand Director
Millward Brown has appointed Daren Poole as Global Brand Director for Link, its ad optimization solution. This is the fourth of five such newly created roles planned across the company.
Currently Chief Client Officer for Australia, Poole will be moving into the new role in April and will work with clients and teams across the business, to continue to roll out Link and its related communications suite.
His previous experience at the firm includes working with clients in Shanghai and Singapore, establishing Millward Brown's local presence in Thailand, seeding the firm's solutions in the Vietnamese market, and heading up the Sydney office as MD. He began his career with the company in 1996, as an Account Manager working in the UK head office.
He will report to Sue Elms, EVP Head of Global Brands, who comments: 'Daren has worked closely with many of Millward Brown's biggest global clients for the last 15 years, and is the ideal person to be taking on this new role with his strong knowledge of Link.'
He joins the three other recently appointed Global Brand Directors: Robert Hernandez, John Svendsen, and Duncan Southgate.
