CSA Buys Directpanel to Strengthen Online Offer
In France, research agency CSA has acquired Paris-based Directpanel, which provides access to 50,000 online respondents through its online panel management and survey platform. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Founded in 2000 by Alexander Sagakian, Directpanel conducts both quantitative and qualitative studies for healthcare, consumer and media firms.
CSA President Bernard Sananès comments: 'With the acquisition of Directpanel, CSA now has the tools and expertise to offer its customers the highest quality data collection via the Internet. This means we can offer all collection methods (face-to-face, telephone, Internet) to better meet the needs of our customers.'
