Forrester Revenues Up 11%
In the US, technology specialist Forrester Research has reported an11% increase in revenue to $65.7m for the first three months of the year, compared with $59.2m last year.
During the period, income from the firm's research services rose 13% to $44.5m (2010: $39.4m), while sales of advisory and other services increased 7% to $21m (2010: $19.7m). Net income fell from $5.7m for the first three months of 2010, to $2.9m in the latest quarter.
'Our first quarter financial performance was consistent with our expectations during a year of planned significant investments to support growth in our business,' said George Colony, Chairman and CEO. 'In addition to delivering double-digit revenue growth in the first quarter, our key metrics remained strong.'
Forrester is predicting second quarter 2011 revenue of between $71.5m and $74.5m and full-year 2011 revenue of between $282m and $288m.
