Benchmarking and Beyond
The British Market Research Association (BMRA) is hosting a free directors' briefing on 31st January in central London with the aim of helping to benchmark your company's performance.
The briefing will centre on how the Benchmark Index can help improve specific company performance levels as well as the performance of the market research sector as a whole.
Since its original development in 1996 the Benchmark Index has become established as one of the best benchmarking tools in the UK and one of the most comprehensive sources of performance data. It has proved to be an extremely useful tool for numerous organisations, regardless of industrial sector, geographical region or company size.
The speaker at the briefing is Andy Harrison, a Business Service Manager with Business Link's Small Business Service. Andy is a trained EFQM Excellence assessor and Benchmark Index facilitator, and was recently a judge at this year's Business in the Community Awards.
The briefing will also feature a short presentation by Lark Insurance Broking Group to mark the launch of the BMRA Insurance Scheme. This presentation will briefly outline the portfolio available to members and the financial advantages of the scheme.
