Opinion Leader ADs to Join ICM
Graham Brown and Justine Lukas, currently Associate Directors at UK research provider Opinion Leader, are leaving to join the Management Board of Creston-owned ICM Research.
The ICM group of companies, which was acquired by Creston in 2006, includes ICM Research, ICM Direct and Fieldwork UK.
Brown has worked at Opinion Leader and its sister companies for the past six years; most recently at Caucus as Director of Research. Prior to joining Opinion Leader two years ago, Lukas was a Strategic Planner at The Real Adventure, and a consultant for agencies New Solutions, 2CV Research and Prescient.
In their most recent roles, both specialised in qualitative deliberative research techniques, working with broadcasters, public and private stakeholders and government departments.
Brown has focused on national infrastructure issues, work for government departments and research among broadcast audiences including services for adults with disabilities. Lukas specialises in senior stakeholder research, with particular interests across public sector and B2B including branding, policy development, reputation management and internal company structure.
In their new roles as Research Directors, the pair will work closely with Board Director Rupert Blackwell, who joined ICM Research in January.
Blackwell comments: 'Our qualitative business is growing tremendously and it's great to be able to bring in people of the calibre of Graham and Justine who will be able to hit the ground running and contribute immediately to the exciting work the team are doing.'
The appointments follow that of former Opinion Leader engagement expert Tom Wormald who joined ICM from the COI last month.
