Senior Appointments for Promise
In London, co-creation agency Promise has appointed two new Executive Directors, Richard Bowden-Doyle and Ed Herten, to work with the company both in the UK and the US.
Founded in 2003, the company specializes in customer insight gained through custom communities both on and off-line, using branding techniques, research, strategy, innovation and psychology. Promise says the new appointments reflect its ambition to step up its growth and market impact.
Prior to joining Promise, Bowden-Doyle worked in the travel and leisure industry as Marketing Director and MD of Lunn Poly and then Thomson Holidays and in senior roles within Thomas Cook, BA and lastminute.com. His most recent job was in South Africa running safari company &Beyond. Bowden-Doyle's board level experience will be used internally for project management and externally for company innovation.
Joining in July, Ed Herten will also be involved in running major projects and in client development. Previously he worked for BDG McColl Retail and Leisure and the ?What If! Group. Recently he co-founded ?What If!'s Business Innovation practice.
