Edwards to Lead Synovate's Global Mobile Roll Out

Synovate has announced the global launch of mobile research capabilities including SMS / text and mobile online surveys, as well as app development. Thomas Edwards has been promoted to lead the initiative.

The group's package includes SMS / text, which offers a choice of two-way interviewing or use to send invites to participate in mobile web surveys or download apps; and richer media options ranging from mobile online surveys to full apps. These methods can be integrated within Synovate's Internet, IVR, CATI, and paper data collection offerings.
