Millward Brown Names Global HR Head

In the US, Millward Brown has appointed Susan Steele as Global Chief Human Resources Officer, responsible for leading the firm's human resources and talent strategy worldwide.

She takes over the leadership of the HR division from Elaine Holland, who has served as Chief Talent Officer for the past six years, and is moving to a new role leading the firm's executive coaching initiatives.

Steele joins from Deloitte, where she was Chief Learning Officer for the US and India. Prior to this, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer for the UK and Switzerland at Deloitte Consulting.

Earlier in her career, she was Global Chief Resourcing Officer at global law firm Linklaters, and European Senior Account Director - Talent Development at training firm Forum Corporation.
