ePrize Buys Apollo's CRM Arm
In the US, interactive promotions agency ePrize has acquired the customer relationship management (CRM) division of predictive analytics specialist Apollo Data Technologies. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
ePrize uses consumer behaviour analytics to drive its client campaigns. CEO Matt Wise (pictured) says the acquisition will broaden ePrize's product offerings, by providing in-depth analyses of campaigns, as well as deeper consumer behaviour insights.
Wise states: 'Consumer insights and data analytics are now essential aspects of running multi-channel campaigns. Apollo's team brings decades of experience and outstanding predictive analytic application development to our clients.'
The new ePrize analytics division will be based in Seattle and led by Kaiser Yang, SVP and MD for ePrize.
Jeff Kaplan, Apollo Data Technologies CEO said the acquisition will enable his firm to focus on supplying predictive analytics to its healthcare clients.
