MWW Group Hires O'Reilly as Research Head
In New York, PR giant MWW Group has appointed Doug O'Reilly as Vice President, Director of Insights and Research, to spearhead the growth of its research, insight and listening capabilities.
MWW specializes in helping its clients understand the conversations surrounding their brands, including consumer lifestyle marketing, digital marketing and social media, corporate comms and public affairs.
Prior to joining, O'Reilly worked independently as owner and consultant at Maypopp LLC on research, social media and community building strategies. He previously served as VP, Strategic Planning and Research at SHVO, and led the marketing strategy and research group at Cendant Corporation. Earlier, he worked for hotel and resorts group Wyndham Worldwide, where he served as VP, Global Insights.
In his new role, O'Reilly will lead a team tasked with developing new methodologies and tools, which will be designed to deliver insight into how online and offline dialogues 'create trust, relevancy and action'.
