Forrester Enhances 'Technographics' Offer
Technology consultancy Forrester Research has announced three new and enhanced data products - Community Speaks, Russian Technographics and Data Explorer - geared towards helping insights professionals to 'operate as strategic business advisors'.
The three build on the firm's Consumer Technographics product. Community Speaks helps to explain the emerging consumer trends it identifies, using an online community of more than 2,000 participants for qual feedback on customer experience and loyalty, consumer technology adoption, and media behavior and attitudes.
Russian Technographics expands the geographical reach of the product with the addition of 5,000 Russian consumers. The launch brings Forrester total to 330,000 consumers surveyed in 18 countries this year, and augments recent launches in Asia and latin America to give full coverage of the four 'BRIC' countries( Brazil, Russia, India and China).
Data Explorer provides users of Forrester's Technographics and ForrSights products with customised online access. Clients can cut the data by variables including gender, age group, income level and others like business travel or mobile phone ownership, and produce 'presentation-ready charts'.
