Tangent Merges Insight and Creative Agencies
In the UK, Tangent Communications has merged its insight agency Snowball with its digital creative agency Tangent One under the Tangent Snowball brand, in order to provide clients with a range of 'insight to influence' services.
Snowball's existing MD and founder Damien Bentley (pictured) will lead the combined agency, while Tangent One managing partners Nick Gillet and Greg Jackson have both left the company.
Snowball helps clients identify and target new customer, through a combination of research and insight, strategy, creative and technology. The firm was acquired by digital marketing firm Tangent Communications in 2009.
Through today's merger, the combined agency will offer services including research, marketing strategy, design and creative, brand communication and social media development.
Bentley comments: 'Data isn't on or offline anymore - it's everywhere, and it's about being set up to harness this data and use it to drive further insight into campaigns that deliver a solid ROI.'
