SirValUse Opens Cologne Office
Usability and user experience consultancy SirValUse - majority owned by GfK - has opened a new office in Cologne, Germany, adding to its existing operations in Hamburg, Munich and Berlin.
Founded in 2000, SirValUse analyses the user-friendliness and design of web sites, software, consumer electronics, mobile applications, mobile devices and industrial manufacturing technology. In addition to traditional user experience and usability testing, the firm advises its clients on implementation and design.
In January, GfK upped its stake in SirValUse - which it says works in 'one of the most advanced branches of market research' - to 60%.
The new office is led by Senior User Experience Consultant Heidi Hoffmann (pictured), who has been with the firm since 2006. In her expanded role, she will now lead the four-member team in Cologne, in premises equipped with two user experience laboratories.
Founder Tim Bosenick comments: 'It is very important for us to be close to our customers, to enable us to offer personal and constant support.'
