Luth Research Debuts Digital Life Tracking Tool
US-based ethnography specialist Luth Research has introduced ZQ Digital Tribe - an online tool used to track the 'digital lives' of a panel of 200 individuals over a period of up to three months.
San Diego-based Luth uses proprietary technology and other research methods including its online panel, SurveySavvy, to help businesses track emerging trends, measure message effectiveness and understand how consumers think and act.
ZQ Digital Tribe has been developed to provide clients with visibility into the daily online behaviour of their customers and prospects. Online behavioral data is integrated with customized survey and transactional data, allowing clients to track a 'complete and continued digital life story', and monitor brand relationships and competitors, according to Luth.
President and CEO Roseanne Luth comments: 'Advanced online behavior tracking is a breakthrough in market research and will substantially improve the way marketing and advertising decisions are made. With ZQ Digital Tribe, businesses develop a deeper connection with their customers and gain near real-time access to actionable information.'
