Formz App Converts iPad into Survey Tool
Brazilian mobile software developer Tapps has launched Formz - an app that transforms an iPad into a tool for conducting surveys.
The tool enables users to design and run surveys without the need for Internet access or additional subscription fees.
Tapps says that Formz has been developed for use in retail customer satisfaction surveys, employee satisfaction studies, usability tests and demographic surveys. The software can work with different questionnaire types including multiple choice, single choice and open text questions - all managed directly through the iPad, with data then exported in the widely compatible CSV format.
Fieldworkers can use Formz anywhere, without requiring access to the Internet, and iPads can be 'parked' in a digital kiosk, through which visitors can participate in research studies.
