Maxwell Moves from Razorfish to Starcom
Media agency Starcom USA has announced the appointment of Chad Maxwell to the new position of SVP Research Intelligence Director. He worked previously at the agency's sister company Razorfish.
In his new role Maxwell will be responsible for developing all aspects of the research practice and for client engagement - including some of the duties of Judy Bahary, who left the company this year. The research arm is part of Starcom's Human Intelligence team and Maxwell will report to Kathy Kline, SVP and MD of the agency.
Before Razorfish, where he led the Consumer Insights Research Group, Maxwell founded and was Principal Investigator at Q-Squared Research.
