Publicis Opens Data Management Agency
In the US, ad agency network Publicis Groupe has launched CRM365 - an agency offering advanced data analytics, measurement and reporting focused on mobile and social media sources. The new operation will be led as CEO by Seth Solomons, the former CMO of Publicis agency Digitas.
Based in New York City, CRM365 launches with 45 people, and will partner with sister agencies including Big Fuel, Digitas, Razorfish, Starcom MediaVest Group and ZenithOptimedia, to deliver its new CRM365 Intelligence Platform.
This platform features three components:- Customer Contact Management - through a proprietary 'interactions engine' to facilitate real-time learning and performance marketing output
- Customer Value Management and Big Data Advanced Analytics - offering analog, digital, social media and mobile data integration and intelligence, measurement and reporting
- Performance-driving Creative - with a focus on lead generation, retention and loyalty program acceleration.
Solomons comments: 'Clients are feeling the pain of extracting insights from the magnitude of data collected and available. CRM365 will deliver significant value through a combination of strategic and platform solutions that will enable real-time, always-on customer management across all channels, with a focus on social and mobile.'
The offering will be rolled out globally, including expansion into the UK, France and Germany next year.
