CFI Enhances Online Reporting Studio
Consumer specialist CFI Group has released an enhanced edition of its Online Reporting Studio (ORS), with additional analytics capabilities, hyper-linking of customer comments with context drill-down, and customized charting for dashboard dials.
Founded in 1988, CFI Group provides a technology platform that uses the methodology of the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI), to enable organizations to measure satisfaction drivers across multiple channels, predict future behaviour and increase the value of customer relationships.
Version 2.3 of its platform contains several usability enhancements such as scrollable time option filter, expanded tabbed forms and improved sample management. It also features improvements designed to support advanced analysis.
