Market Probe Buys RDR
US-based Market Probe has announced the acquisition of Richard Day Research Inc. (RDR), a specialist in financial services and pharmaceutical research based in Evanston, IL.
RDR's President and Founder, Dr. Richard Day, is a former CASRO President, as well as current Chair of the association's Government Affairs Committee.
Market Probe has its headquarters in Milwaukee, WI, with offices throughout the US and in Canada, plus nine countries in Europe and Asia. President and CEO Dr. T.R. Rao describes RDR as 'a well-run business with long-time client relationships', and says the buy fulfils an important strategic goal for the company, significantly strengthening its offer for the two key sectors and adding to its global coverage 'with a presence on all continents'.
Day says Market Probe's global presence and advanced technology will benefit his company's clients and staff, and gives RDR access to 'systems, technologies, advanced analytic solutions and innovations' - such as its 'very sophisticated' reporting dashboard offering advanced tracking survey technology.
