Ipsos Names Leader in Québec
In Canada, Ipsos has promoted Luc Durand to the position of President, responsible for all its client service operations in Québec.
Prior to joining the firm in 2008, Durand held a number of marketing and research roles at marcoms agency Bleublancrouge, where he worked for three years, and at Canadian research company CROP, where he served as VP for nine years. Prior to this, he was Marketing Director at holiday resort operator Intrawest.
In his new role, Durand will oversee leadership of three brands: Ipsos Marketing, which offers product innovation and forecasting, and market understanding; advertising specialist Ipsos ASI; and Ipsos Public Affairs.
