New Board Appointment for NetRatings
NetRatings has appointed William Pulver, president and COO of the company, as CEO and a member of the NetRatings Board of Directors. Mr. Pulver assumes the roles from Dave Toth who is stepping down.
William Pulver was originally appointed president and COO in October 2001, and has been an integral part of managing daily operations since that time. He was formerly president of ACNielsen eRatings.com, the joint venture Internet research company. Prior to that he was Group Chief Executive of ACNielsen Japan and Korea, based in Tokyo, and is a twenty-two year veteran of ACNielsen.
'Dave successfully led NetRatings from its inception to its current leadership position,' said William Pulver, CEO of NetRatings. 'The technology, products, business practices and management team created under his guidance form a solid foundation for the future. NetRatings will continue to aggressively pursue its corporate vision of becoming the global standard for Internet media and market research.'
